Enhance the image, economic and occupational prospects of the wine-producing areas. Provide the input for interpreting the tourist flow, in light of current trends, behaviour and expectations of the wine tourist. Identify the various forms for organizing, managing and promoting wine tourism.

ITINERARIES
Mapping and planning of wine tourism itineraries for individuals or groups, through the member wineries, by organizing guided tours and tastings. The itineraries are organized to involve restaurants, wine bars, artisans and cultural and naturalistic activities and are managed in collaboration with local tour operators.
