Hospitality Code of Conduct![]() The Code of Conduct is an overt and defined guarantee of engagement from the wine makers to the wine tourist. The “guarantee seal” of the quality certification indicates a professional reception in the wineries where the Code of Conduct has been implemented. The aim is to make the quality of the reception service immediately evident to the client-consumer with a symbol; the grape leaves. ![]() The more grape leaves given to a winery, the better and higher is the service it provides to the visitor. There are 3 elements that are considered to define the characteristics that each group of estates must guarantee: Space and Services – Method – Person
